Summary
Join Elation Health as a mission-driven Engagement Advisor, Professional Services! You will work remotely, directly with physician-owned primary care practices, using your expertise in our cloud-based clinical platform to help them succeed. This role requires managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, building strong customer relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. You will need strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-3 years of customer-facing experience are required. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing success role
- Project management experience
- Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented with strong presentation skills
- Strong desire to build relationships with customers and serve as an advisor
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Process-oriented mindset with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work with a large customer base and engage with your book of business by deploying strategic technology
- Interest in healthcare
Responsibilities
- Manage simultaneous onboarding projects, balancing priorities of business results, customer satisfaction, and technical quality
- Collaborate with multiple teams (Data, Customer Success, Technical Implementation, and Support) to create a streamlined onboarding approach
- Proactively contact and virtually meet customers to manage a positive transition from the sales team, building strong relationships
- Actively seek the โwhyโ behind customersโ requests to address their issues and meet their goals
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with the Sales organization to facilitate sales growth and ensure smooth customer starts
- Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and expectations, and seek opportunities for process improvements
- Own all project outcomes, delegate tasks, set targets for milestones, adhere to deadlines, and adjust schedules as needed
- Use data and reports to identify trends, create scalable touchpoints, and ensure customer success using the Elation platform
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to problem-solve for onboarding customers
- Be on-call 2-3 weekends per year for urgent customer support
- Demonstrate a passion for solving problems in healthcare and working with primary care providers
