Engagement Manager

Summary

Join our Professional Services team as an Engagement Manager and be part of delivering expertise to our most important customers, making them successful. You will consult with customers, deliver projects, manage programs, collaborate with teams, and own customer delight throughout the journey.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in hands-on delivery in a SaaS environment
• You enjoy taking a consultative approach and being an industry and product expert
• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management practices
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on schedule
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Expertise in establishing project governance and maintaining peer relationships with customer executives
• Capability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty and the ability to shift gears gracefully

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand issues and solve problems with expert advice or delivery of projects and programs
• Deliver Projects that you expertly scope and project manage to a successful conclusion
• Manage Programs that allow HackerRank to stay engaged with customers for extended engagements in support of customer retention or ongoing managed services
• Collaborate with and lead teams in support of customer projects and programs
• Ownership and accountability in delivering Customer Delight throughout all phases of the customer journey
