Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines
- Superior attention to detail and organization
- Results driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Must be able to adapt to ongoing change and process improvements
- 1+ years experience in project management, operations, account management, or a similar role
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
Responsibilities
- Understand outbound B2B lead generation and our in-house capabilities and processes
- Proactively address potential roadblocks or challenges in campaigns and work with CS, Delivery, and Operations teams to resolve them
- Set up channel allocations for all Pending Live outbound lead gen campaigns sold in the United States
- Work with Program Coordinators from teledemand, email and internal operations teams to monitor lead generation, pacing, and overall lead quality, and effectively communicate that across teams
- Monitor At Risk programs and collaborate with internal teams to pivot on those programs where needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
