Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines
  • Superior attention to detail and organization
  • Results driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be able to adapt to ongoing change and process improvements
  • 1+ years experience in project management, operations, account management, or a similar role
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Responsibilities

  • Understand outbound B2B lead generation and our in-house capabilities and processes
  • Proactively address potential roadblocks or challenges in campaigns and work with CS, Delivery, and Operations teams to resolve them
  • Set up channel allocations for all Pending Live outbound lead gen campaigns sold in the United States
  • Work with Program Coordinators from teledemand, email and internal operations teams to monitor lead generation, pacing, and overall lead quality, and effectively communicate that across teams
  • Monitor At Risk programs and collaborate with internal teams to pivot on those programs where needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
