Join Log(n) as an Engineering Manager to work on team-building features, tackle challenging technical problems, and lead engineering projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• CS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to write code and move products to completion
• Proven ability to run teams with a high level of rigor, driving engineering best practices
• Experience with the full development lifecycle, supporting features post-launch

Responsibilities

• Work with team-building features across the platform to help clients manage their risk and supercharge our brokers
• Tackle challenging technical problems that directly impact the lives of your teammates and our clients
• Own engineering projects from start to finish, communicating with all stakeholders
• Be hands-on in the code
