Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as a senior software engineer with a strong track record of delivering successful projects and at least 5+ years of cumulative industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Lead product and technical roadmap. Influence product planning, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful execution of the roadmap while owning technical domains and architecture
- Build the team with exceptional talent. Actively participate in hiring and onboarding
- Manage and mentor the engineering team. Review and mentor team members' code to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Hands-on technical leadership: Actively participate in coding, while setting an example for the team through best coding practices
- Collaborate with business development, product, and other teams to define and execute the technical roadmap
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize development processes and improve code quality
