This job is for a manager who will lead the Visual Merchandising and Editorial Tooling team at Spotify. • Are empathetic towards customer pains and are capable of translating them into technical requirements
• Are capable of managing stakeholders across multiple levels

Responsibilities

• Provide servant leadership for the team that reports to you
• Delivery of product improvements, features, migrations, and overall technical health
• Cultivate a balanced and collaborative engineering culture and a diverse and inclusive team
• Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to define success metrics and roadmaps
• Influence and support the development of the technical architecture of the team’s stack
• Advocate for the increase knowledge of the Pacman platforms capabilities across the company
