Summary

The job is for an Engineering Manager for Strava's Web team, responsible for planning and executing the roadmap for web products, transitioning them from Rails to React running on Next.js, and partnering with product teams to deliver high-impact user functionality. The role is hybrid based in San Francisco office.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks
• Experience managing small to medium sized engineering teams
• Experience working with product managers and designers building user-facing web products

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the roadmap for Strava’s web products
• Help the team transition Strava’s web products from Rails to React running on Next.js
• Partner with product teams to deliver high-impact user functionality that is best suited for the web form factor
