Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new features and microservices while collaborating closely with engineering teams to enhance existing functionalities
• Optimize engineering processes and set high standards for technical quality, driving velocity and scalability
• Own the planning, execution, and success of projects that directly impact top-line business metrics
• Reduce technical debt and implement best practices to build and maintain scalable architectures
• Write, review, and set the technical direction through design documentation, ensuring continuous improvement and evolution of codebases

• Experience as part of a founding team
• Experience in fast-growing and consumer-facing startups
• Experience working with the CTO or senior management within a fast-paced tech organization
