Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience in backend/frontend engineering teams or integration-related roles
• A deep understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities with both backend and frontend engineers
• Experience in project management, prioritization, and roadmap planning
• A proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that meet business requirements

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Setting priorities, budgets, roadmaps, and goals for the integration team in coordination with product management
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with product goals
• Recruiting, mentoring, and growing a professional integration team consisting of backend/frontend developers
• Promoting a culture of ownership and accountability over our integration processes, making them seamless and efficient
