Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in cross-functional teams
- A deep understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities with both backend and frontend engineers
- Experience in project management, prioritization, and roadmap planning
- A proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that meet business requirements
