Responsibilities

• Lead and build a team of iOS and Android engineers that drive the development of Grammarly’s mobile apps
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver customer-centric features that enhance the user experience and drive mobile adoption
• Foster a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, and collaboration to create a highly productive and enjoyable working environment
• Apply a metrics-driven approach to prioritize mobile feature development and ensure quality at scale
• Make technical and architectural decisions that will scale Grammarly's mobile presence and improve app performance and reliability
• Drive sustainable mobile growth through experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decisions
• Be a key contributor to shaping Grammarly’s mobile strategy while collaborating with leadership across various functions
