Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Operations Program Manager or similar role in an engineering environment
• Strong understanding of software integration processes and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize integration requests from internal teams and external partners
• Coordinate with the internal integrations team and external SaaS companies to ensure timely delivery of integration builds
• Oversee engineering operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact integration projects
• Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes and procedures
