Summary

Join AffiniPay as their Marketing Operations Program Manager and become the central force behind the Marketing Operations team's organization, efficiency, and scalability. You will own the intake and coordination of all MarOps requests, ensuring work prioritization, tracking, and smooth execution. This role blends project management, operational reporting, and hands-on campaign support; you will track progress, remove roadblocks, maintain stakeholder visibility, and execute tasks as needed. You will also report on campaign performance, helping leadership optimize resources and improve delivery speed. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactivity, and experience in marketing operations workflows. The ideal candidate will be based in Austin, Texas.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo), lead flow processes, and campaign execution
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and intake processes
  • Hands-on experience with campaign execution and operational tasks
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving accountability
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Own MarOps request intake, prioritize workflows, and manage task coordination across campaigns and programs
  • Track project timelines and surface blockers and ensure momentum across all marketing operations workstreams
  • Support tech stack initiatives by coordinating platform rollouts, upgrades, and integrations in partnership with the Marketing Technology team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, RevOps, IT) to align on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Monitor Operational campaign readiness and ensure QA standards are consistently applied before launches
  • Ensure process documentation is up-to-date and assist in developing SOPs for repeatable tasks
  • Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times
  • To prevent bottlenecks, execute campaign tasks as needed, supporting email, program builds, and form changes
  • Assist in resource planning by analyzing workload trends and reporting capacity insights to leadership
  • Support key operational tasks like UTM governance, list scrubs, QA, lead routing checks, and data hygiene
  • Own reporting on campaign operations performance, SLAs, and project statuses in partnership with Analytics
