Summary

Join Wrike as a Marketing Operations Program Manager and drive operational excellence within the marketing organization. You will optimize processes, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing workflows, leveraging Wrike for project management, analyzing marketing performance data, and collaborating with stakeholders. Your ability to connect marketing strategy with execution will be instrumental in scaling marketing efforts and driving business growth. You will manage Tier 1 marketing projects, evolve marketing processes, drive alignment through ownership of the marketing operating calendar, analyze marketing data, coordinate resources, and develop performance reports. Success requires project management expertise, marketing operations knowledge, data analytics skills, strong communication, and a process improvement mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex marketing programs using Wrike or similar project management tools or methodologies
  • Understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution, and lead management processes
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize initiatives
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders, including the CMO
  • Passion for identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Wrike to oversee and manage Tier 1/Priority marketing projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Own and evolve the Marketing Processes. Enable Wrike Marketing to deliver best-in-class workflows that are scalable, repeatable, and showcase-ready for customers. Act as the in-house expert in Wrike, leading its strategic application across marketing initiatives
  • Drive alignment through ownership of the marketing operating calendar and key cadences (e.g. campaign reviews, OKR check-ins, and product marketing launches), ensuring consistency, accountability, and proactive communication across teams
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure the right teams have the necessary tools, assets, and information to execute campaigns successfully
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and operational KPIs, ensuring visibility into key metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM, automation platforms (e.g. Workato), and analytics tools is a plus
  • Proven knowledge of Marketing business models
  • Experience in setting up campaigns, implementing system changes, or improving processes for Marketing organizations
  • Strong technical skills in reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
  • A background in consulting, operations, or revenue strategy with hands-on exposure to marketing teams and initiatives; able to act as an internal consultant to challenge assumptions, identify improvement areas, and accelerate decision-making
