Strong German language skills, with a minimum of C1 level proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing employment contracts, processing new hire paperwork, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees
  • Help manage employee absences, benefits, and other administrative documentation
  • Assist in updating and maintaining internal databases and systems (HRIS) to ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant

Preferred Qualifications

First HR experience through an internship or a working student position (beneficial but not required)
