Summary

Join AvePoint as an Enterprise Account Executive and assume ownership of a geographic territory, prospecting for new business and driving the identification and qualification of opportunities. You will develop and execute account and opportunity plans to generate software license, maintenance, and services revenue. Maintain successful customer relationships and build your own book of business in a collaborative sales environment. This remote role requires some regional and international travel across ANZ. AvePoint provides resources and training for success. We value agility, passion, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong experience selling in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Executive level relationship selling experience
  • General familiarity with selling methodologies and processes
  • Accountability and a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting potential customers through various channels
  • Selling our solutions to enterprise customers greater than 1,500 users
  • Using consultative selling techniques to educate customers about their industry and offer insights and perspectives on technology needs that are fulfilled by our solutions
  • Working with a virtual account team to deploy the customer engagement lifecycle that includes; Marketing for lead generation, Business Development Representatives for lead qualification, Pre-sales Engineers for technical support, and Customer Success Managers for renewals after the initial sale
  • Attending and participating in team meetings and communicating regularly with professional services and engineering staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Leveraging existing channel partnerships to grow AvePoint’s presence in your region and establishing proactive relationships with influential people, both with the customer and other third parties
  • Handling post-sales support issues for customers, e.g. escalation of support calls, identifying additional training needs, etc
