Summary

Join Cutover as an Enterprise Account Executive and lead our growth by securing new financial services clients. You will focus on closing net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) deals exceeding $100k, ensuring customer value, and driving enterprise-wide platform adoption. This SaaS sales role requires at least 5 years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable generating leads and closing deals, proficient in modern sales technology, and experienced with various sales methodologies. Cutover offers a lucrative compensation plan, including a base salary, variable compensation, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

  • Have enterprise-level SaaS sales experience with at least 5 years of quota-carrying experience
  • Be comfortable self-generating pipeline and creating your own opportunities
  • Evidence closing net new land ARR deals north of $100k, preferably in Financial Services
  • Be resilient and view mistakes as learning opportunities
  • Value feedback and want to be challenged
  • Be fluent in the modern enterprise salesperson’s technology stack (Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Have embraced sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, GAP, Value Based Selling in previous roles
  • Be collaborative and love working with other stakeholders across the business including Sales Engineering, BDR’s, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Business Ops
  • Be comfortable working remotely

Responsibilities

  • Land net new financial services customers
  • Ensure these customers obtain value from their investment
  • Help these customers expand their use of our platform enterprise-wide

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have previously worked in an early-stage startup (Series D or earlier)
  • Have a strong network of technical stakeholders from your experience selling SaaS products to CIO/CTO level folks
  • Have honed your prospecting skills as an BDR/SDR prior to moving into a closing role
  • Be Challenger sales trained or have a Challenger mentality
