Enterprise Account Executive

Summary

Join Databricks as an Enterprise Account Executive in Amsterdam or remotely in the Netherlands, focusing on the healthcare sector. You will manage a portfolio of existing healthcare clients, leveraging your expertise in Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI to develop strategies and build relationships with key decision-makers. Your responsibilities include assessing your account portfolio, exceeding revenue goals, identifying land opportunities, and orchestrating internal teams to maximize impact. You will showcase exceptional value in engagements to guide successful negotiations and close deals.

Requirements

• Track record of over achieving against quota
• Experience selling complex software deals to public sector and/or healthcare institutions in the Netherlands
• Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models
• Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value
• Experience following sales methodologies and process, e.g. account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Command of the Message and accurate forecasting
• Build champions and collaborative teams to support the delivery and execution of your territory plan
• Experience developing a clear partner strategy and managing it to success
• Understanding of how to identify important uses cases and buying centres to increase the impact of Databricks within an organisation
• Fluent English and Dutch language skills essential
