Summary
Join Databricks as an Enterprise Account Executive in Amsterdam or remotely in the Netherlands to manage a portfolio of public sector clients. You will develop strategies to exceed revenue goals, build relationships with key decision makers, identify new opportunities, and utilize internal teams. Showcase exceptional value to guide successful negotiations. This role requires a proven track record of exceeding quotas, experience selling complex software to the Dutch public sector, and understanding of consumption-based sales models. Requirements
- Track record of over achieving against quota
- Experience selling complex software deals to public sector institutions in the Netherlands
- Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models
- Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value
- Experience following sales methodologies and process, e.g. account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Command of the Message and accurate forecasting
- Build champions and collaborative teams to support the delivery and execution of your territory plan
- Experience developing a clear partner strategy and managing it to success
- Understanding of how to identify important uses cases and buying centres to increase the impact of Databricks within an organisation
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills essential
Responsibilities
- Assess your account portfolio and develop a strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Build positive relationships with key decision makers and establish yourself as a trusted advisor within your key accounts
- Identify land opportunities and develop the expand / consumption use cases within your key accounts
- Orchestrate and utilise internal teams to maximise the impact on your ecosystem
- Showcase exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point
