Enterprise Account Executive

Summary

Join Databricks, a leader in data and AI, as a Named Enterprise Account Executive in the Nordics. Maximize market opportunities by selling innovative solutions to existing customers, identifying new use cases, and driving consumption growth. You will guide deals to compress decision cycles, deeply understand the product, and communicate its value effectively. This role offers significant career progression potential within a rapidly growing team. You will report to the Sales Director for Enterprise Sales, Denmark and Norway. The position requires expertise in value selling, technical sales, and navigating complex sales cycles.

Requirements

• Extensive understanding of the data platform, open source and cloud ecosystems
• Highly skilled in prospecting research and ability to map out key stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in Value Selling and developing a mutual action plan
• Ability to influence decision-making and strategy with customer leadership teams
• Ability to establish credibility with the C-suite
• Adept in selling to technical buyers
• Experience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct sales role
• Mastery of MEDDPICC
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• Fluency in English is required, fluency in Danish is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
• Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
• Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
• Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
• Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
• Orchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients
• Build and demonstrate value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point
