Requirements

  • B2B Sales Experience: 5+ years in closing new B2B business in tech, fintech, or finance sales
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: 3+ years in closing new enterprise business, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Quota Achievement: Consistent track record of exceeding assigned quotas, ideally with six-figure deal sizes
  • Pipeline Creation & Management: Demonstrated success in prospecting and building a robust pipeline
  • SaaS, FinTech, or Technology Sales Background: Proven experience selling in SaaS, FinTech, or tech industries
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Experience with multi-stakeholder, consultative sales engagements at the enterprise level
  • Data-Driven: Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and manage sales activities effectively
  • High Ownership & Accountability: Strong sense of ownership for achieving and exceeding goals

Responsibilities

  • Own Enterprise Quota: Take responsibility for an individual quota with a focus on large enterprise clients
  • Pipeline Development: Drive pipeline creation through strategic prospecting, leveraging multiple channels and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Complex Deal Management: Manage the entire sales cycle for high-value, complex opportunitiesโ€”from initial engagement through to closing
  • Account Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies for enterprise clients, ensuring long-term value and upsell opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve skills through training, coaching, and self-directed learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics or supply chain industries
  • Factoring Experience: Understanding of factoring and financial services
