Summary

Join DataDome's dynamic EMEA sales team as an Account Executive and contribute to the company's continued growth. You will be responsible for generating new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by acquiring enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include building a strong sales pipeline, ensuring high lead conversion rates, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity SaaS or B2B sales, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and a hunter mentality. The hiring process involves several interview stages, including meetings with the EMEA Sales Lead, Account Executives, VP of Sales, and a member of the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Have at least 5 years of Cyber Security SaaS solution sales experience/ B2B solutions with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Have enterprise sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Originate and grow a strong and balanced pipeline from your own hunting efforts on targeted accounts, from highly qualified leads delivered by the Business Development team, and from highly qualified leads delivered by the Channel Sales team
  • Ensure high conversion rates for your leads and opportunities by making sure the leads and prospects are qualified following DataDome's step-by-step Customer Journey, using established peers’ best practices and proactively finding new creative solutions, and keeping detailed track records of your progress and gathering all relevant information in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Carry out negotiations and closing deals by understanding the prospect's pain points, expectations and desired ROI, using the Free Trial as an opportunity to dig deeper and demonstrate added value, and leveraging DataDome's offering to reach mutually beneficial agreements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Have at least 5 years of Cyber Security SaaS solution sales experience/ B2B solutions with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Have enterprise sales experience
  • Be a hunter and enjoy getting your own leads!
  • Be a closer!
  • Be eager to learn and have a great ability to adapt in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
  • Have Bot Management experience
