Summary
Join H1's Commercial team as an Account Executive and contribute to our mission of providing accessible healthcare information globally. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones within the enterprise B2B SaaS technology sector. This role involves building strong client relationships, presenting products, conducting market research, developing proposals, and managing the sales cycle. Success in this position requires proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, closing complex deals, and managing large accounts. H1 offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Youβre a seasoned sales professional, with 4+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology, including managing new logo acquisitions and renewals
- You have experience closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success in closing $1M deals and managing multiple large accounts
- You are comfortable with traveling to customers 20% of the time
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for both new logo acquisition and client retention by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they become H1 advocates
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients, addressing their unique business challenges
- Conduct market research and deploy strategic account planning skills to identify selling opportunities, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
- Drive the sales motion from outreach through close, including discovery calls to qualified leads, delivering compelling presentations/demos to showcase how H1βs solutions address client needs, managing objections, and inspiring prospects to invest in our offering
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure overall account health, strategic planning, progress and a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue projections
Preferred Qualifications
If you have experience selling into CRO (Clinical Research Organizations), pharmaceutical, medical affairs, biotech or related clinical research operational experience, preferred
