Summary

Join Motus's Business Development team as a top-performing sales executive, focusing on enterprise-level prospects. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging decision-makers to closing deals and exceeding quarterly quotas. This role demands building your own territory, uncovering customer needs, and presenting Motus's value proposition effectively. Success requires strong executive presence, consultative sales skills, and experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience preferably selling to CFOs and CHROs
  • Verifiable and proven track record of exceeding sales quota (working and closing six figure deals)
  • Strong “hunter” prospecting and sales skills
  • Shown success selling into multiple decision-makers at the C-suite
  • Excellent sales process management and lead generation capabilities
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
  • Analytical thinker, problem-solver and can navigate complex sales cycles from start to finish with multiple personas
  • Skilled in the art of contract negotiation
  • Customer focus
  • Be self-motivated, naturally curious, and possess a positive attitude
  • Experience using Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

  • Own a full-cycle sales process and consistently deliver against quarterly quota
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts using outbound outreach tactics such as cold calling, email, and direct mail
  • Uncover prospective customers’ needs and business goals to understand how Motus can be a strategic investment for their business
  • Position Motus’ value proposition to prospects in a way that accounts for their business’ specific needs and goals
  • Educate prospects on Motus’ product suite through presentations and product demos
  • Build and present financial analyses to clients
  • Review and execute contracts and agreements with prospects
  • Outline and follow a defined Sequence of Events with prospects over the course of the sales process
  • Maintain detailed prospect and activity information in Salesforce.com
  • Partner with Marketing and BDR teams to generate and qualify leads while continuing to be responsible for driving results

Preferred Qualifications

  • MEDDICC Experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo & Clari
