Summary

Join PredictionHealth, a healthcare technology company leveraging AI solutions to improve lives of healthcare providers. This is a remote sales role focusing on generating recurring revenue from new and existing business accounts. The primary focus is on net new business accounts and working with C-Suite level contacts. The role requires 5-10 years professional experience in the Healthcare SaaS space as a quota carrying Sales Pro, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and technologically savvy.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years professional experience in the Healthcare SaaS space as a quota carrying Sales Pro
  • Prior experience closing large enterprise deals with C-Suite buyers
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
  • Demonstrate curiosity; ability to gain an understanding of prospect pain points and articulate solutions
  • Self-starter/bias to action
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to connect with people via phone or email
  • Is goal and results oriented
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining focus
  • Technologically savvy with ability to use multiple internet and software platforms to perform duties

Responsibilities

  • Execute annual sales goals and meet targets for new client acquisition and account growth in the Healthcare space
  • Provide quarterly, semi-annual, and annual forecasts within an acceptable accuracy rate
  • Strategize with Leadership, Business Development and Marketing to identify and engage with C-Suite and Director level contacts within a set of named accounts
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities with proper next steps both with the Client and in the company CRM
  • Convert Prospects into Customers via Value Based Selling, Value Based Negotiation, and by Creating Urgency, while aligning PredictionHealth’s offering to Client’s strategic goals
  • Establish proper expectations for Clients during Pilots and before the Implementation Period
  • Work collaboratively with Peers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Teams
  • Actively participate in company meetings, training, and marketing events
  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge with regards to our target customers and trends in AI and software in the space
  • Stay up to date on competitors in the space and provide feedback to Leadership and Product on opportunities to maximize client acquisition and account growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • PT/PTA degree
  • Experience with Command the Message, Challenger Customer and MEDDICC / MEDDPICC sales methodologies
