Summary
Join SecurityScorecard's high-performing sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive (Field Sales Director) in the DACH region. This role focuses on growing business by engaging with senior decision-makers in large enterprise organizations. You will prospect, present the value of SecurityScorecard solutions, and close six-figure, multi-year contracts. The position requires significant travel within the DACH region (30-40%). This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing company and expand its customer footprint. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
- Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
- Strong network of established relationships with key industry contacts in the assigned territory
- Previous cybersecurity experience
- Understands record keeping, sales process, sales methodologies (MEDDIC, etc)
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Metric driven, can understand pipeline, deal sizing, targets and know them
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through a consultative sales approach, working with multiple personas in your target accounts, identifying client needs, presenting SecurityScorecard solutions, and closing 6-figure, multi-year contracts
- Prospect and engage with senior decision-makers in Information Security & Risk teams within large enterprise organizations
- Call on accounts at senior levels, have excellent personal relationships in Security & Risk functions, and engage collaboratively with our prospects and customers to present the value of the SecurityScorecard solution
- Track and manage sales pipelines using Salesforce.com and Clari, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and goal attainment
- Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Success, Solutions Architects, and Engineering to ensure a seamless client experience and ongoing support. Connecting SecurityScorecard and Customer Executives
- Maintain a proactive approach to sales, including preempting issues and building strong relationships with clients
- Employ active listening skills to create deeper and more meaningful conversations with prospects
- Act in the best interest of the company with transparency
