Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the translation industry or 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales (preferred) selling into executives of large enterprises with significant translation spend
  • Leverage your localization experience to communicate our mission of transforming the global translation industry
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers through outbound sales and territory development
  • Strong track record of actively prospecting into new business opportunities
  • Solid sales fundamentals, business & sales acumen
  • Drive complex deals from initial contact, all the way through to close within a fast paced sales environment
  • Connect and consult with inbound leads and marketing generated opportunities
  • Prepare and present software demos with prospects and guide them through the buying process
  • Leverage sales automation tools to track sales activities
  • Sell to key decision makers (Directors and VPs)
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate colleague, customer, and partner interactions
  • An easy-going personality and a high tolerance for different cultures

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly ARR targets with large enterprise clients with significant translation spend
  • Manage and own the sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs: pipeline generation, deal velocity and progression towards quota attainment
