Join Striim, a unified data integration and streaming platform company, as a highly driven Enterprise Account Executive. You will leverage your expertise in selling to enterprise accounts in the Technology and Media sectors, driving new-customer revenue goals and contributing to Striim's growth. This remote position, with occasional visits to the Palo Alto headquarters, offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally, generating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, executing all phases of the sales lifecycle, forecasting accurately, delivering Striim's vision to various audiences, and cultivating strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience selling modern data-related technologies and a proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations in enterprise-level organizations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience selling modern data-related technologies: Data Integration, Cloud Database Storage, Data Migration, or Business Intelligence
- Experience selling/closing into Enterprise level organizations with a consistent record of exceeding revenue expectations
- Proven success selling Cloud or Saas solutions into the Technology and Media Industry
- In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry and key influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work and manage multiple stakeholders throughout a sales cycle
- Solid understanding of digital sales tools/systems and enthusiasm to work in a data-driven environment
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel to prospect/client locations and trade shows/conferences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, and operations to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals
- Generate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Execute all phases within the Sales Lifecycle, from initiating first contact with the prospect to closing the contract for new enterprise target accounts
- Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities
- Deliver Striimβs vision to a broad range of audiences from C-level executives to individual contributors
- Cultivate and foster a strong foundation with prospects and clients, supporting long-term customer relationships and expanding Striim usage in existing accounts
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with Cloud Service Providers and or SaaS B2B Technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) preferred
