Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience selling technical products in DevTools, DevOps, Security, MLOps, and similar markets
  • Confidence selling to leadership in AI, engineering, security, or similar technical VP/C level decision makers
  • CRM proficiency (we use Salesforce)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, and demonstrable confidence with technical topics
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly, work hard, and achieve the goals set by the team
  • Teammate mentality, easy to work with, creative and quick on-the-spot thinking
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a get-stuff-done attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Located in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

  • Source, nurture and qualify new leads - and close new logos
  • Once landed at a large organization, drive expansion into new business areas and cross-selling products
  • Deliver killer product demos and presentations
  • Build long-standing relationships with high-potential customers
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs
  • Work closely with the team to shape the product roadmap from customer input
  • Develop and implement sales processes and machinery that can scale up as the sales team grows
