Summary
Join Tray.ai as an Enterprise Account Executive and build pipeline and strategy for selling to US-based customers. Collaborate across teams, delivering value propositions that highlight the rewards of AI-enabled automation. Build and manage pipeline growth, implement strategies for acquiring new customers, and manage your own book of business for retention and expansion. You will work directly with the Regional Sales Director to effectively scale a selling strategy and introduce new and creative ways to acquire customers. This role requires 6+ years of experience selling to Enterprise Accounts and managing stakeholders through complex sales processes. Tray.ai is a fully remote organization, but this role will cover the Midwest territory, prioritizing candidates in that region.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience selling to Enterprise Accounts, managing stakeholders through complex sales processes
- Aptitude to understand the needs of a technical buyer, instilling confidence in purchasing Tray.aiβs technology
- Proven ability to communicate complex products to a broad audience that includes line-of-business and technical buyers
- Experience managing a book of business to retain and expand accounts year over year
Responsibilities
- Build your own pipeline, you are a top performing SaaS Account Executive with a track record of exceeding quota and ranked at the top of your team
- Manage a book of business with a strategic mindset for both retention and expansion within accounts
- Express customer value in ways that inspire action
- Work directly with the Regional Sales Director to effectively scale a selling strategy, while also introducing new and creative ways to acquire customers

Benefits
- The on target total compensation for this role is $320,000-$340,000 annually
