Summary

Join Workato, a leader in enterprise orchestration, as an Enterprise Account Executive in Singapore covering Asia. You will be responsible for building and executing a territory plan targeting large enterprises, focusing on new business and working with channel partners. This role requires 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, handling enterprise relationships, and exceeding quotas, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals in Indonesia. You will be part of a team of 6 AEs and report directly to the VP of sales. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements and is based in Singapore.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role
  • Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience closing Enterprise deals in Indonesia
  • First and foremost, you're a sales person
  • You enjoy being in an evolving fast growing  environment and you don't like to sit back enjoying the comfort of a large corporate
  • You're a hunter, but not a lone wolf. You know how to play as a team and how to craft  large complex deals by pulling in colleagues who you've built trust with
  • You'll have to be comfortable with the natural ambiguity that comes in a startup  environment and not reliant on corporate safety nets
  • Fluent language skills in Bahasa Indonesia, in order to communicate with customers and partners in Indonesia

Responsibilities

  • You'll be joining a team of 6 AEs, split by vertical across commercial and enterprise  accounts
  • Reporting directly to our VP of sales, you'll build and execute a territory plan targeting some of the largest enterprises in Asia
  • You'll be almost wholly focused on new business. Both selling directly and with/through channel partners
  • Along with our SDRs, partner sales and marketing teams you will multi-thread with C level executives across business units in your target accounts. Aiming to craft deals over >$100k
  • You'll be based in Singapore with access to our Suntec office, but we'll trust you with  total flexibility to work in the way that suits you
