Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles
  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services or products
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to address client needs and resolve issues
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue goals and drive customer success
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and at industry events when necessary
  • Manage pipeline and own weekly forecasting responsibilities within the CRM platform
  • Lead, organize and present business reviews onsite with customers - expected travel around 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or software industry is a plus
  • Fluent German speaker
  • Sandler Sales Certified a plus
