The position emphasizes expertise development and offers the opportunity to build relationships with multiple Account Executives as Fivetran expands into new markets. Requirements

  • Previous SDR/BDR experience (12+ months preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and proper grammar
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and apply information to identify decision-makers and understand market challenges
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, and Looker
  • Confidence in stepping into multiple markets and quickly adapting to their nuances

Responsibilities

  • Identify and map key decision-makers within large Enterprise accounts, targeting Fortune 100 companies
  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts in multiple greenfield territories, securing sales-qualified opportunities through personalized outreach and cadences
  • Conduct research to understand customer challenges and position Fivetran’s solutions effectively, with pitches ranging from C-level executives to data analysts
  • Organize, log, and categorize sales lead information and activity in Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Alliances to develop strategies that drive pipeline
  • Support Enterprise/Strategic account mapping efforts to uncover high-potential opportunities
  • Utilize pre-created and custom cadences aligned with industry, persona, and use case to ensure targeted outreach
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enrich contact and account data
  • Perform in-depth research on target accounts and industries to enhance outreach personalization and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Native or professional level French or German language skills
