Summary
Join Collibra's Professional Services team as an Enterprise Implementation Manager and direct the full service lifecycle, ensuring customer success and adoption. You will work with multiple clients, managing installations, configurations, and initial operation of Collibra's products. Develop implementation plans, advise clients and stakeholders, and ensure service delivery compliance. Partner with various Collibra teams and define operating models specific to customer needs. Configure the Collibra solution and run workshops and trainings. This role requires 5+ years of consulting management experience in SaaS, data governance expertise, project delivery skills, and strong presentation abilities. Requirements
- Have 5+ years in consulting management experience, ideally working within SaaS provider companies
- Have experience with data governance, data management, big data, data lake, business glossaries, data dictionaries, data catalog
- Have experience with implementing data governance use cases such as customer360, BI, analytics, data lake governance
- Have a proven track record with delivery of projects and related outcomes, both on time and on budget
- Have the ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of business and IT stakeholders
- Have proficient language skills in English (mandatory)
- Have a bachelorโs degree or equivalent related working experience
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple clients to manage installations, configurations, and initial operation of Collibraโs products and technologies
- Develop implementation plans and be accountable for informing and advising client representatives and internal stakeholders of planning and progress
- Ensure services delivery across geographic territories are in full compliance with the established Collibra engagement model, processes, methodologies, and artifacts
- Partner effectively with Collibra Sales, R&D, Product Management, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams
- Define an operating model specific to the customer needs and organisation; this operating model will explain how the data is governed in the organisation, how users can search/propose/create/review/archive assets, how users can raise the issues related to the data and how they can solve them etc
- Configuration of the Collibra solution, which can entail following components: business glossary, data dictionary, lineage, data catalog, dashboards, business process workflows, reference/master data
- Running of workshops, functional trainings and configuration
