Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise clients in specific market segments
- Identify business challenges through discovery sessions and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with solutions teams to deliver customized product demonstrations and craft compelling business cases
- Negotiate contracts and lead the sales process to close high-value deals, ensuring seamless handoff to post-sale teams
- Maintain strong, strategic client relationships with clear communication channels and escalation paths
- Drive the sales process from proposal to contract signing, collaborating with internal teams to manage pricing, terms, and deal structures
- Manage a robust pipeline to meet revenue goals and ensure a streamlined sales cycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a tech startup selling into finance and exposure to accounting
- Knowledge of ARM, 1st and 3rd party debt collection
- Previous experience selling Fintech solutions across multiple verticals
- Knowledge of values-based and ROI selling
- Technical acumen to articulate complex technical products to prospects
- Strong business acumen and persuasion and influence skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Travel up to 20 days per month
