Summary
Join Spot AI, a company building the future of intelligent operations using AI-powered video, as an Enterprise Sales Leader. You will build and scale the enterprise sales motion, refining existing processes and creating new structures. This role involves hands-on coaching, playbook design, and cross-functional collaboration to align GTM strategy. You will recruit and retain high-performing AEs, shaping a sales culture of excellence. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience scaling high-potential teams, building structure and discipline while maintaining team energy and focus. Requirements
- You're a proven enterprise sales leader who knows how to build maturity and momentum into a team by leading from the front
- You roll up your sleeves, set a high bar, coach with both empathy and urgency, and create structure, process and playbooks that unlock performance and results
- You bring high EQ, high standards, and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in complex, multithreaded deals

Responsibilities
- Uplevel our enterprise sales team through hands-on coaching and clear expectations
- Design and implement scalable enterprise sales playbooks and sales stages
- Bring structure and discipline to deal execution, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Partner with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Exec Leadership to align GTM strategy
- Recruit and retain high-performing enterprise AEs who thrive in high-hustle environments
- Shape and strengthen our sales culture—raising the bar while building trust
- Help us define what excellence in enterprise sales looks like at Spot AI

- Annual On-Target Earnings: up to $360,000
- OTE is comprised of 50% annual base salary and 50% on-target commissions
- Commission opportunity is uncapped, and commissions are paid monthly
