Join Samsara, a pioneer in the Connected Operations™ Cloud, as a Sales Operations Analyst and contribute to the success of our Enterprise sales organization. This remote position, open to candidates in Mexico, requires flexibility in working hours. You will provide comprehensive operational support, solve sales pain points, enforce sales processes, work cross-functionally, and administer sales tools. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and 1+ years of sales support experience.   • 1+ years of previous Sales Support, or equivalent, experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the sales organization, including but not limited to account and opportunity management and support case responses
  • Solve time-sensitive sales pain points in the moment to get deals across the line
  • Own enforcement of sales processes and policies
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support sales deals and implement new initiatives
  • Help administer sales tools, including Salesforce
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of previous Sales Support, or equivalent, experience
  • 2-3+ years working with Salesforce
