Requirements

• Have an accomplished background in sales or commercial real estate
• Have a track record of following direction, albeit many times taking on too much, ultimately to persevere and still get it done

Responsibilities

• Follow the career roadmap supplied by mentors
• Complete our renowned training program, while executing on the continuous coaching you will receive
• Contact clients daily
• Partner with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute their individualized real estate investment strategies
• Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, using market comparables, and research
• Research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors
• Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear 'pathway to growth', while operating with a 'team player' mentality
