Requirements

• Possess great empathy and a customer-centric mindset
• Have a growth mindset, including a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and adapt
• Have reliable network connectivity with a download speed above 100Mbps and an upload speed above 20Mbps

Responsibilities

• Change lives by selling over-the-counter hearing devices
• Connect with customers by handling a high volume of outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads
• Develop individual hearing solutions tailored to customers' needs

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, and Chrome

• Flexible & Remote, Full-Time Schedule: 8-hour shift with 1-hour lunch between 8 AM – 8 PM in your local time zone, working every other weekend, with one weekday off (Wed-Fri)
• Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base rate of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings in the first year are $45K-$50k
