Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, program management, product or business operations, or related roles in a high-growth and complex environment
  • Is competent in bringing AI and low code/no code automations to life
  • Ability to bring clarity to complex areas of collaboration at the department level
  • Is metrics and data-driven and has a commercially minded approach when solving problems
  • Effectively communicates with and influences cross-functional stakeholders
  • Is a strong decision-maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving discovery, to synthesizing recommendation, and driving the execution of a solution

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver recurring EPD reporting to give leadership clear visibility into roadmap progress, delivery health, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead short-cycle operational projects β€” like beta program coordination, data hygiene, and feedback tagging β€” to accelerate team execution
  • Support and improve tooling workflows by maintaining standards, cleaning views, and troubleshooting sync issues
  • Identify and fix broken or high-friction sub-processes that create execution drag across Product, Engineering, and Design
