Summary
Join Quisitive's SMB Business Solutions team as a Small & Medium Enterprise ERP Sales Specialist! This role, based anywhere in the US (preference for specific cities), focuses on selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage Intacct ERP services. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify and target potential clients, conduct needs assessments, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. Success requires strong sales experience with financial management software, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet ambitious sales quotas. Requirements

- Being a team player, but also independent and tenacious
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience selling Sage Intacct services, Dynamics BC services or other financial management software
- Ability to close $1 million+ sales quota in the first year. This will include software, implementation and support services
- Strong knowledge of financial management software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for both our Sage and Dynamics BC services
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Identifying and strategically positioning our services with various stakeholders in the client organization
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clientsโ business challenges and present tailored financial management solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Sage Intacct and Dynamics BC product developments to effectively position our services
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software
