Summary

Join Momentus Technologies, a leading provider of event and venue management software, as an Events Coordinator. Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including tradeshows and customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B event coordination experience, preferably in tech or SaaS. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating B2B events, preferably in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple events and shifting priorities
  • Polished communicator and team player with strong ownership mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello)
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and engaging with external vendors and partners

Responsibilities

  • Support logistics for internal and external events, including travel, meeting spaces, and social activities
  • Help source and coordinate with venues, AV teams, and other partners
  • Organize shipping, event kits, and branded assets; ensure teams are prepped with agendas and collateral
  • Provide remote or onsite help with setup, troubleshooting, and overall coordination
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align on goals, staffing, and follow-up
  • Maintain promotional items and branded materials; flag when restocking is needed
  • Compile recaps, track leads, collect feedback, and update CRM systems
  • Track costs, organize receipts, and support invoice processing
  • Keep shared event calendars up to date and assist with basic CRM tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and event platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite) a plus
