Summary

Join SBI, a leading management consulting firm, as the Events Manager and drive innovative go-to market transformations by planning, executing, and optimizing company events. This role will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless and impactful events that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in event management in B2B environments especially with c-suite executives
  • Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Zoom, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking event performance and reporting on ROI

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar for the year (annual, quarterly, and monthly events)
  • Manage logistics for field events, including client summits, hosted dinners, and industry sponsorships
  • Plan and execute quarterly CEO, Sales Leader, CMO, President, and Women’s forums, ensuring all guests have a personalized, white-glove experience
  • Oversee monthly webinars, including scheduling, guest management, promotion, and presenting innovative ideas to increase effectiveness
  • Liaise with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and branding at these events
  • Manage sponsorship agreements and deliverables for industry events and conferences
  • Use HubSpot and Salesforce to track event registration, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Manage data and reporting for each event, ensuring accurate tracking of performance and ROI
  • Provide post-event analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and future growth
  • Collaborate with commercial and business unit leaders to ensure the right clients and prospects are invited to events
  • Regularly communicate event milestones and manage attendee acquisition and registration
  • Ensure personalized follow-up communication is executed for attendees, non-attendees, and prospects
  • Develop and manage budgets for each event, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within scope
  • Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, venues, gift suppliers, and digital platforms, to ensure smooth execution
