Summary

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle corporate event planning (trade shows, internal, incentive, conference)
  • Experience in event marketing, budget creation and management, vendor proposal reviews, post-event invoice reconciliation, and financial closeout of events
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. Experienced with project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, and Wrike
  • Proactive approach to handling issues or troubleshooting any challenges on event day
  • Excellent eye for detail, organized, thorough, and a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Exceptional project management experience and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust and fostering collaboration
  • Proficient in G-Suite
  • Hotel room block management

  • Cvent Registration and Supplier Network
  • Organize and coordinate BEO's and AV orders

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistical requirements for Shopmonkey booths at national and regional trade shows
  • Support the logistical execution of internal events for Shopmonkey employees, including sales kickoffs and company summits
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the show through marketing channels such as social media, email, and ad campaigns
  • Arrange travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings
  • Ensure that all exhibitor manual standards and regulations are adhered to for each event
  • Multi-task and lead several events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
