Summary
Join the Arbitrum Foundation as an experienced Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to our leadership team. You will manage calendars, travel arrangements, scheduling, and events, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various software applications. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant who has supported multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality on a variety of business matters
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency working with Notion, Slack, G-Suite
Responsibilities
- Support multiple stakeholders within performing a wide range of administrative tasks (including calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling, assisting with events/engagements)
- Act as the primary point of contact between your stakeholders and any internal/external contacts
- Organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple work flows that are assigned to you
- Schedule and attend leadership meetings, taking clear notes and tracking action items as required
