Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively while maintaining a calm and positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive materials with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Investor Relations, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips
- Assist with the preparation of investor meetings, earnings calls, and presentations. Ensure all materials and logistics are in place for effective communication with analysts, institutional investors, and other stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including drafting and proofreading emails, memos, and reports. Ensure that all communications are aligned with company messaging and brand guidelines, particularly around our leadership in HPC and digital asset mining
- Manage logistics for investor-related events, including roadshows, conferences, and internal meetings. Coordinate schedules, track RSVPs, and ensure all meeting materials are prepared and distributed
- Maintain organized records of investor relations materials, presentations, and related documentation. Assist with updating and managing databases of investors, analysts, and other key contacts
- Provide general administrative support for investor relations projects, such as tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and coordinating efforts across the team to ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with other departments (finance, marketing, legal) to ensure the alignment of investor communications, financial reporting, and market positioning
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with executives, investors, analysts, and external stakeholders
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives, particularly in Investor Relations, finance, or technology sectors, is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial systems or databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus
- A keen interest in technology, high-performance computing, and the digital asset mining industry is a plus
