Summary
Join Encora as an Executive Assistant providing comprehensive support to the CFO and two other leaders. This primarily remote role requires managing calendars, scheduling travel, coordinating meetings, handling emails, and managing expenses. You will serve as a liaison to the board and senior management, overseeing special projects and requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The position demands discretion, prioritization, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Experience with top-tier companies and a minimum of 10 years of related experience are essential. Occasional travel to the New Jersey office may be required.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversee special projects
- Develop strong relationships with Senior Management across functions and levels
- Interact with a mΓ©lange of cultures
- Communicate complex issues simply and compellingly to successfully influence senior business leaders
- Establish a position of trust with senior leaders to provide interventions and counsel
- Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization
- Serve as a liaison and extension of the executive team while providing superior customer service to handle and resolve complex requests and problems effectively
- Apply confidentiality and sound decision making when responding to internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary
- Interact with the Board of Directors, organizing and managing their agendas for company visits
- Help to coordinate the planning and logistics of Board meetings
- Leverage technology and tools to assist in delivering business initiatives and daily administrative support more efficiently
- Compile data and prepare presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and reports for management
- Handle strategic meeting calendar ensuring timing and logistical details are in place to maximize the CEOs efforts while acting as a liaison on behalf of CEO
- Create agendas for meetings, join meetings with CEO and direct reports where appropriate, taking notes, and drafting meeting recaps including decisions, action items, and due dates
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects by capturing all items in Excel or similar productivity tools
- Provide regular and proactive updates on progress to the CEO
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO and directs where appropriate to facilitate efficient decision making and implementation

- Capable of working under-pressure and multi-tasking on multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong presentation skills, and transformational change management experience
- Possess practical and hands on approach to project management
