Summary

Join Fastly as the first Executive Assistant in the APJ region, providing high-level administrative support to the VP of APJ and two other regional leaders. This role demands a seasoned, organized, and proactive individual capable of independent work. You will manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events, handle confidential information, and anticipate needs. You will also serve as a key liaison between APJ leaders and global teams, manage office logistics, and support team culture initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position based in Singapore with potential for up to 20% travel within the APJ region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting multiple leaders in a multinational corporation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple leaders, ideally within a multinational corporation (MNC)
  • Proven track record of operating independently with minimal oversight
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort learning new tools
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to build community within a global team

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of APJ and two additional regional leaders, including complex calendar and travel management across time zones
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, offsites, and events—both virtual and in-person—including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and assist with invoice processing as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems before they arise
  • Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between APJ leaders and global teams
  • Manage office logistics and regional coordination needs as required
  • Support team culture initiatives and foster strong regional connections

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting leaders in the tech industry, especially in regional sales or marketing roles
  • Familiarity with tools like Navan, Coupa, Slack, and Zoom
