You will manage schedules, coordinate events, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to go above and beyond. A high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience are required. Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce is also necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; college degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Past experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Past experience with Google suite or similar software
  • Past experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • A strong communicator
  • An agile mentality, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO
  • Manage and organize CEO inbox and calendar activities
  • Coordinate virtual CEO events
  • Schedule travel for CEO and/or any other appropriate employees
  • Meeting follow-ups and coordination
  • Attend meetings, take meeting minutes and track any action items or follow-ups
  • Project management for assigned projects
  • Conduct assigned research
  • Organize office logistics and maintenance to include but not limited to maintenance orders, cleaning schedule, ordering of office supplies, etc
  • Receive/Send assigned company mail and correspondence
  • Provide support to guests and visitors
  • Develop and maintain office operating SOPs
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorsโ€™ Degree in business or related field
  • At least 6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Familiarity with military demographics
  • Proficiency in Slides and Docs
