Summary
Join Pearl Talent and work as a fully remote Executive Assistant for a pioneering energy company revolutionizing the battery storage industry. This full-time independent contractor role requires 40 hours per week with core hours overlapping EST. You will manage event planning, provide executive support to the CEO, and assist with various projects. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in both event planning and executive assistance, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- At least 3 years of event planning and coordination experience, preferably for medium to large-scale events
- At least 3 years of executive assistant experience, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of company events, meetings, and off-site activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event success
- Create detailed event timelines and checklists
- Assist with on-site event management and support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Act as a gatekeeper for all communication and ensure effective prioritization of tasks
- Handle and attend to personal tasks as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for stakeholders
- Proactively assist with various projects
- Track project progress and deadlines
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline communication and task delegation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or passionate about renewable energy or the sustainability sector
- Financial literacy, including basic budgeting, expense tracking, and report generation
- Remote event management experience
